Party: The Bare Souls EP Launch // DJ Nino

The Bare Souls launch their EP with us!

Imagine if Etta James started a band with Led Zeppelin and brought some funk playing friends with her, and you'll get The Bare Souls. Some of Bristol's finest musicians bringing an old sound right up to date, in a way that'll have you up and yelling for more. Their sound travels through sleazy blues, to sultry soul, to good old fashioned rock and roll, with a little funk thrown in for good measure.

Front woman and lead songwriter, Florence Pardoe, has a powerful, soulful voice, reminiscent of the 70's soul greats. She is joined by the bevy of recognisable local talent that is Alun Elliott-Williams on guitar, Harry Stoneham on bass, Jonathon Croft on keys, Max Harrison on drums and Nick Robinson on sax.

This evening the band are very excited to be officially releasing their latest offering, the Whole Lotta Soul EP, which will be available to purchase on the night.
