A true innovator in the electronic music scene, Charles Webster is one of the few real mould breakers in an increasingly stale & predictable dance music world (though whether a man whose favourite artists are Rickie Lee Jones, Thelonius Monk, Steely Dan and whose records ooze such soul and depth should really ever be pigeonholed as dance is another debate…).

Charles has sold over 200,000 albums without ever being considered a sell-out. Keynote remixes for the likes of Dr Rockit (Charles’s remix of Café de Flore by this Matthew Herbert pseudonym must be one of the most licensed mixes ever) and Groove Armada (‘At The River’) saw Charles conquer the ever-growing chill out market much as he had with the deep house one, and helped pave the way for his first album under his own name, ‘Born On The 24th July’ (Peacefrog / Statra), released in 2002 to universal acclaim.

As a DJ, Charles is known as a super solid performer, with many years of experience rocking dancefloors across the globe.

Despite being a mysterious and shadowy presence on the underground dance scene, North England producer Chicago Damns discography tells a much more vibrant and vivacious story. He has released massive EPs on MERC (Mark Es Label), Wolf Music and his own Chicago Damn label. He is also an in demand remixer for 6th Borough Project, Chris Duckenfield and many more. CD is an awesome selector with impeccable taste and skills and will be also bringing his Roland TR8 drum machine to give us a live work out as well.

Kez YM

Japanese producer Kez YM has carved out his own niche in soulful, leftfield banging house music and quite rightfully so. Key releases on Yore, City Fly, Faces and 4Lux cemented his reputation as one of the leading producers in Detroit influenced deep grooves and as a DJ he's on a whole new level. Kez gets so lost in the moment when he plays that the energy levels are off the chain. He always kills it and this party at Ipse will be no exception...

Red Rack'em

Berlin based DJ/Producer Red Rack'em has had a whirlwind last few years. After relocating to Berlin in 2011, he's released a wide variety of music on Ramp Recordings, Wolf Music and the Innervisions sub label Philomena as well as his own Bergerac imprint. Known as a genre defying DJ, Rack'em has taken his rough neck sound around the the globe with an intense touring schedule but his home town of Berlin remains his favourite place to play.
