Party: Croydon Rangers 2015 Annual General Meetng

The Croydon Rangers are pleased to invite all members to the Club’s 2015 AGM, to be held immediately following the senior pre-season training session in the Springfield Pavilion club rooms.

All positions on the executive committee (President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary) as well as the general committee will be vacated and open for nominations through the Club secretary (Taran Marston) prior to the event, or on the day at the meeting.

The agenda for the meeting will be limited to:
Review of 2014 AGM Minutes
Presentation of 2014 Financial Statement
Vote by the members to accept the 2015 fee structure
Voting of new Life Members (if required)
Voting of the Executive and General Committee positions

All financial members (player or supporter) from 2014 are entitled to vote at the AGM, as well as any member (player or supporter) that has paid the club membership portion of their 2015 fees.

Anyone wishing to be elected as a member of the committee must be a 2015 financial member of the club (player or supporter) prior to the election.

This year the club wishes to fill the following roles that will form part of the general committee:
• Senior Team Liaison to the Committee
• Junior Team Liaison to the Committee
• Women’s Team Liaison to the Committee
• Pathway Programs Manager (Flag Football Plan)
• Club Media Manager

If you would like to be considered for any of these roles, please make it know to the current club committee at your earliest convenience.

Finally, if you believe that anyone should be nominated as a life member of the club, please make the nomination to the committee by the 7th March to allow time for the current committee to approve the nomination prior to the AGM.
