The first of five exclusive dining events held in our Lakes Restaurant over the winter months. This event includes a delicious 7-course taster menu with each course paired to a particular Aspalls cider.
Both our Executive Head Chef Alan Paton and a guest speaker from Aspalls Suffolk Cider will join the Supper Club to give explanations of the dishes and the accompanying drinks.
