Party: VAF Fringe: A Night of NYC Comedy

Katherine William, Steve Leventhal and Frank Liotti hailing from their comedy clubs of New York City will take the stage in a full night of stand-up comedy that will be sure to leave the audience wanting more!

Katherine Williams is a New York City-based stand-up comic, actor and playwright. She recently performed on Gotham Comedy Live on AXS TV. She was a runner-up in the 2014 Ladies of Laughter competition and a finalist in the 2014 She-Devil Comedy Festival. She has also performed in the Boston Comedy Festival, Bridgetown Comedy Festival, and Laughing Skull Comedy Festival. Seven of her plays have been produced in NYC, including sold-out hit of the 2012 New York International Fringe Festival, SHIKSAPPEAL: Getting the Chosen to Choose Me.

Steve Leventhal started his comedy career while working at the Tempe Improv as he attended Arizona State University. Steve has performed in comedy clubs, bars, colleges and private parties all over the northeastern United States. His wacky descriptions of his family life, love life, and social life will keep you wildly entertained. His odd perspective on life and the way he sees the world will make us all wonder what he is going to say next.

Frank Liotti has portrayed criminals and addicts on HBO's High Maintenance, Fox-TV's Gotham, Blue Bloods, Law and Order SVU, multiple episodes of Law and Order Criminal Intent, and cult favorites Jonny Zero and Canturbury's Law, both on Fox-TV. Last year, he filmed a pilot for the Logo Network called Everyone's a Little Gay. His unique stream of consciousness delivery has won him praise in the prestigious Boston Comedy Festival, Laughing Skull Comedy Festival, Los Angeles Comedy Festival, Laughing Devil Comedy Festival and the Long Island Laugh Off, and he was a finalist in every festival he's entered to date. In addition, he's been seen headlining at Caroline's on Broadway, and is a regular at all the New York City comedy clubs. Frank is a graduate of the Yale School of Drama as well as SUNY Purchase. He appeared on the cover of the New York Times' Arts and Leisure section for the production of "Cats Talk Back," a mockumentary of life as a former member of the Broadway hit "Cats," which won "Best Overall Production in the New York Fringe Festival, and was performed at the Williamstown Theater Festival and the Yale Cabaret. He appears in the 2012 film "Bear City 2."
