This enate prodigy redefines magnetism in music! UK born, Australian bred and now Los Angeles based, HELENA dominates with her sound as one of EDM’s most prominent DJs and electronic producers. Showcasing her depth with electro, progressive and house beats she stands her ground with finesse. Booked on Ultra Music Festival’s main stage in 2013 while musically annihilating studios around the world, the anticipation is high with young signings to Sony Music, Mutants, Big & Dirty and Basik Rkrds.
Forthcoming releases with John Dahlback, Basto and Nilson on ‘Whattup!’ shouts her sound on high demand. Her remix of Jono Fernandez & Pauls Paris feat. Amba Sheperd ‘Let It Out’ also smashed the chart’s top ten while climbing high on Beatport. Her single ‘Detox’ with Disfunktion on Onelove was dropped, roping in support from Tiesto and Nicky Romero. Being Pioneer Pro DJ’s leading ambassador, it goes without saying, the globe’s hottest acts have never been more than an earshot away of lady luck. ZAC WATERS BIOGRAPHY
Zac Waters - a born-musician whom grew up listening to Pearl Jam, Led Zeppelin, Cake and the Barbie Pool Party mixes, only found his Electronic Dance Music calling a short two years ago.
Since then, Zac, now 19 years of age, has managed to make very noticeable waves all over the world with his stunning plethora of remixes and originals and self-created dance music sub-genre ‘Meltrance’ - a sound that incorporates elements of the globally recognised Melbourne Bounce sound and Trance music.
This genre-defining musical genius set the standard even with his first releases, with “Decimate” hitting #63 on the Beatport overall charts, and “Life & Death” sky-rocketing to #10 - ultimately leading to his first international debut in Sanremo, Italy in 2013 and Seoul in South Korea in 2014.
Since Zac’s explosive track “Zenit” went viral it has been full steam ahead for the Melbourne-born superstar. Boasting an obvious knack for creating masterpieces, Zac gained the attention of Universal Music, sourcing him to remix for Will.i.am after his Meltrance collaboration with Who Killed Mickey “Fly Away” hit #11 Progressive House Beatport Chart and #86 overall. In addition to these successes, Zenit gained support from a number of renowned artists, including Will Sparks and Laidback Luke and despite being originally released as a free download, was re-released on Onelove - a venture that saw it hit #21 in the Australian Aria charts.
After listening to his ever-growing discography of original releases, you begin to quickly see that Waters is no ordinary talent. A producer who has been esteemed and supported by some of the worlds biggest DJ’s - David Guetta, Will Sparks, Gareth Emery, Ferry Corsten and Markus Schulz to name a few. Australia seems to agree too - voting Zac as #16 in the country after his debut inthemix awards enrolment.
Since his signing to Lucky Ent, Zac's popularity and sound has developed in leaps and bounds, resulting in several successful collaborations, remixes and originals that have lit up dance floors across the globe. This combined with a dedicated, rapidly building fanbase and a number of recent standout productions, Zac Waters is on course to ignite the world's dancefloors in devastating fashion and leave no questions as to why he is one of the most thrilling new talents to be emerging out of the Melbourne dance music scene.
