Ori Dagan

Award-winning jazz singer, songwriter and recording artist Ori Dagan is, quite simply, an original. His rich baritone voice and impressive abilities as an improviser produce an instantly recognizable sound. In live performance, he surrounds himself with Canada’s finest musicians, performing an engaging mix of material which is always fresh and in the moment. Dagan’s latest release, “Nathaniel: A Tribute to Nat King Cole” features guest appearances by Sheila Jordan, Jane Bunnett and Alex Pangman, and 5 original songs inspired by Cole’s life, music and legacy. Notably, “Nathaniel” is the first visual album in the jazz genre: a collection of 12 music videos available for viewing on Ori Dagan’s YouTube channel.

Nathan Hiltz

Nathan Hiltz is a jazz guitarist based in Toronto, Canada. He was born in Nova Scotia then moved to Toronto in 1999. Since then he has recorded with such artists as Bernie Senensky, Jill Barber, Del Dako, Brand Disterheft, and Ori Dagan to name a few and even one tune with jazz icon Sheila Jordan! Nathan performs over 200 gigs a year in Toronto and has toured extensively across Canada with Johnny Griffith, Terra Hazelton, and Melissa Lauren. He attended Humber College (B.Mus) and later the University of Toronto (M.Mus) and has studied privately with Jim Hall, Reg Schwager, Adam Rodgers and many others.
