Formed in the late nineties as young kids, SOILWORK are nowadays one of the pillars of the Swedish melodic death metal scene. And, just as their Gothenburg counterparts, they have kept perfecting and modernising their style, although without losing any of their power. At the moment the band is working on the follow-up to 'The Living Infinite', which will be out before their show in Lyss. And the guys are bursting to present their new material!
Gestartet als junge Teenager Ende der Neunziger, zählen SOILWORK heutzutage zu den Stützpfeilern der schwedischen Melodic Death Metal Szene. Und wie ihre Kollegen aus Göteborg haben SOILWORK über die Jahre hinweg ihren Stil immer weiter verfeinert und modernisiert, ohne jedoch an Durchschlagskraft zu verlieren. Momentan arbeitet die Band am 'The Living Infinite'-Nachfolger, der noch vor ihrem Auftritt in Lyss in den Regalen stehen wird. Die Jungs sind also heiss darauf, ihr neues Material vorzustellen.
