It was a time of civil unrest, and the explosion of psychedelia. Garage rock hit the landscape of the music world and became the precursor to what became punk..

2017 marks the 50 year anniversary of "The Summer of Love" and the 60 yr anniversary of Jo's birth.. So, lets turn back time a bit.

On Jan. 20, 2017.. well, you all know what's happening..

Lets find solace in those amazing psychedelic sounds of the beginnings of punk.. those garage rock songs that moved our souls way back when..
And, since Jo is celebrating her 60th ... and these are the sounds that were part of the growing years...
Join us at Howlers as an insanely talented bunch perform those wonderful "Nuggets" of the psychedelic era of rock..
