The Cheer'ly Men, Pittsburgh's Shanty Band, sing rowdy, bawdy bar songs and invite their audiences to join in the fun! The Cheer'ly Men were assembled in January, 2015, and this 2017 Parade Day show marks the beginning of their third season!

Under the musical direction of incomparable cellist, Jamie Grant, The Cheer'ly Men will delight you with their high energy music this St. Paddy's Day! This year, they're invading Bloomfield to blow the doors off of Howlers!

Cap'n Aaron Anthony, our very own maritime historian, will regale you with tales and legends of pirates and privateers while Amber Von Liberty, The Queen of the Sea, serenades you with her signature sass. Ryan Macel of Cledus and the Cadillacs, will be laying down some sweet guitar licks and vocals and Terry "the Bass Player" Schiebel will provide the most delightfully tasteful bass lines. And of course, we'll have everyone's favorite tilted, kilted banjo player and surly singer, the most esteemed Dr. Michael Von Liberty. We'll also be introducing our newest addition, John "JT" Dubosky as our Tub Thumper In Chief. And finally, last but certainly not least, Michael Rado of Butcher on Butler, will not only be rocking the mic, he'll be roasting a pig for the crowd. . . because he does all of the things. Can you really think of a better way to spend the evening of the 2017 St. Paddy's Parade Day?
