Après-ski is popular since you can have a great afternoon party and get enough Zzzs for an early start on the mountain the next morning. But what do you do if you prefer a high-class, trendy atmosphere instead of a sweaty bar in stiff plastic ski boots and a retro onesie?
You come to Etoile Rouge, the nightclub that opens before all others and where the party starts at 8pm.
Etoile Rouge, the largest nightclub in Verbier with the very best in terms of sound and lighting, plays uplifting music and has an exciting artistic program. For its opening season 2014-2015, expect to experience Soul-Division (winter residents), The Magician, and internationally acclaimed DJ, Martin Solveig to name just a few.
Hungry? Don't panic! Etoile Rouge is a supper club and the very first of its kind in Verbier. Here you can dine and dance all under the same roof (no need to change your shoes between dinner and the dance floor!). We serve delicious, quality food from 8pm - 10.30pm with an emphasis on conviviality and dishes to share. Executive Chef Anne-Sophie Taurines' menu is inspired by Scandinavian and Eastern European influences.
Look out for: Kamchatka crab, locally smoked wild salmon, assorted house taramas, smoked beef tartar, a selection of fish eggs and caviars, nettle soup, and much, much more. A wide range of cocktails, aquavits, vodkas and Champagnes will compliment her menu.
At Etoile Rouge, we take food very seriously. Eating is definitely not cheating; you have to eat well and be happy to dance the night away.
