- Learn how to make mochi from scratch
- Learn how to color your mochi dough
- A quick and easy recipe that is delicious, gluten-free and child friendly.
- Fill the mochi with your favorite gelato, ice-cream or fruits
* All supplies and tools are provided
* Each adult or adult-child pair makes 2 x mango, 2 x strawberry Red Bean mochi, 2 x ice cream mochi (to be consumed in class)
For students who like to bring the ice cream mochi home, pls BYO ice box and dry ice for transportation.
Price : HK$ 550 per adult. Top up $100 to bring a child (age 6 to 10)
