Brisbane’s best musicians have put their heads together to perform music by one of the greatest jazz-rock fusion bands of all time: Steely Dan. Night by Night is a ten-piece band of jazz heavyweights bonded by a mutual appreciation of Fagan and Becker’s original masterpieces, and a thing for rockin’ solos. The universal appeal of the band through the 1970s and 80s rings true with fans of all ages, walking the line between memorable licks, mysterious narratives and sophisticated jazz harmony. Night by Night will perform a range of Steely Dan’s classic tunes and cult favourites.
