Since Trans Day of Visibility is on March 31st, and happens on a weekend, we have moved it to Friday March 23rd. This will allow for students and our college community to participate in this very important event. Trans Day of Visibility is dedicated to celebrating transgender people and raising awareness of discrimination faced by transgender people worldwide.
We invite you to join us for this year's Trans Day of Visibility flag raising. We are very grateful to have our very own Georgian College President and CEO Dr. MaryLynn West-Moynes speaking this year.
