The Heliocentrics:
London psychedelic jazz collective The Heliocentrics have their roots in the ‘90s when drummer Malcolm Catto recorded for Mo’Wax and Jazzman. They recorded their breakthrough album for Stones Throw, ‘Out There’ in 2007 and have since become known for their superb collaborations with legends including Ethio jazz pioneer Mulatu Astatke, jazzman Lloyd Miller and Afro soul Godfather, Orlando Julius.
Though difficult to pigeonhole, some have dubbed them a contemporary acid jazz band that straddles hip-hop, funk, modern creative jazz, soundtracks, psychedelic electronica, and world.

Family Atlantica Quartet:
Stitching together disparate styles with a common ancestry, Family Atlantica re-unite rhythms & motifs that have ebbed and flowed back and forth across the Atlantic ocean over the centuries. Cuban rumba, Venezuelan tambor and tonada, Ghanaian highlife, Ethiopian blues and calypso have been soaked and infused with psychedelia and spiritual jazz to create a completely unique and timeless sound!
