Wir freuen uns Pole Star Kira Noire für zwei Workshops ins Loft1 zu holen.
Viele konnten Kira schon in unserem letzten Summer Pole Camp erleben und waren begeistert von ihrem einzigartigen Dance Stil.

Workshop Beschreib:
CRAZY RUSSIAN POLE:
This workshop is focused on the original and extremal transitions, flips and flights on the pole. We will learn the signature drops and tricks combos. Specific details of the execution of the dynamic elements, and the way how you can improve the technique, such as speed, wideness.
POWER POLE:
This workshop is focused on strength spins, tricks, handstands, dead-lifts and transitions. Kira likes to explain the theory behind executing each pole move, identifying elements such as the trajectory, amplitude, and dynamic aspects behind each trick or combo.
Working on both static and spinning poles, the workshop will cover a range of tricks.
Mehr Infos zu Kira Noire:
Kira started pole dancing in 2008, inspired by her coach (and now a friend and colleague), Julia Ivanova at Trash Pole Dance Studio (Saint Petersburg). She doesn't have any gymnastic or professional dance background, but she has a huge passion for pole.
After two years she started to teach at Trash PDS and also started competing in Russia, then in Europe and now all over the world. In 2014 she became a part of the RAD Polewear team as a brand ambassador.
